Rustichella Bolognese Sauce is a ready-made sauce prepared by slow boiling of tomato pulp with minced meat. Add carrots, onion, celery and extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area to the mix. Best paired with Tagliatelle and Fettuccine.
Ideal on pizza, in stews or soups, over baked or broiled meat or fish, or even as a finishing sauce for risotto. Serves 2 or 3.
Preparation instructions: Ready for consumption at room temperature. Or heat up over low flame
Storage: After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3-4 days.
