Rustichella Funghi Porchini Sauce is a ready-to-serve sauce prepared by slow boiling of tomato pulp with porchini mushrooms (Boletus edulis). Together with carrots, onion and extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area, and it’s a classic dish. Particularly suitable for pairing with Fettuccine, Spaghettone and Tortiglioni Rustichella d'Abruzzo.
Ideal on pizza, in stews or soups, over baked or broiled meat or fish, or even as a finishing sauce for risotto. Serves 2 or 3.
Preparation instructions: Ready for consumption at room temperature. Or heat up over low flame
Storage: After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3-4 days.
Ingredients: tomato pulp 70%, Porcini mushrooms 9% (Boletus edulis), extra virgin olive oil 6.6%, onion 5.9%, paper 5%, sugar, garlic 1%, salt, porcini mushroom aroma, juniper.
