Rustichella Seafood Sauce 270g

Rustichella Seafood Sauce is a ready-to-eat sauce prepared by slow boiling of tomato pulp with seafood and accompaniments. Boasting a 20% seafood content, consisting of squid, prawns, clams and mussels. Quality accompaniments include onion, parsley, garlic and extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area. Best paired with squid ink Penne rigate.

Ideal on pizza, in stews or soups, over baked or broiled meat or fish, or even as a finishing sauce for risotto. Serves 2 or 3. 

Preparation instructions: Ready for consumption at room temperature. Or heat up over low flame

Storage: After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3-4 days.

Ingredients: tomato 67%, seafood 20% (Calamari, Clams [Chamelea gallina], mussels and shrimps in variable proportions), extra virgin olive oil 6%, salt, sugar, garlic 0.3%, parsley 0.3% , onion 0.3%.
