Incredibly rare and long considered a culinary delicacy, truffles have a wonderfully distinctive, earthy flavor. Our Truffle Spread is a delicious, hearty blend of ingredients. A savory and earthy blend (pesto-like consistency) of summer truffles, meadow mushrooms, and olive oil.
It is versatile. Ideal as a sauce for crostini, stuffings and appetizers. Also, first and main courses, omelettes, and as a base for all truffle dishes. Use it to flavor various dishes and enhance recipes, or enjoy on its own, spread on bread or crackers.
Direction of Use: To make the very most of the product, it is recommended to use 15-20g of the sauce, warming it in the frying pan for 5 minutes, after adding only salt and extra-virgin olive oil.
Ingredients: meadow mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, black olives, summer truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavours.
