Vigneti Del Salento I Muri Negroamaro DI Puglia is a full-bodied and enveloping wine. One of our best selling Italian wines. Perfect for accompanying impressive meals. In the glass, this wine shines rich ruby red with violet highlights. The intense bouquet enchants the nose with fruity notes of dark berries (especially blackberry and blackcurrant) finely accompanied by spicy hints. The medium-strong body of this Italian red wine also harmonizes wonderfully with the beautiful freshness and warm structure. The finish also has a subtle spiciness and a pleasant length. This variety can be almost exclusive to Puglia, from the Farnese Vini vineyard. Negroamaro grapes are manually harvested early before dawn to guarantee the best aromatic complexity. After the harvest, the Negroamaro grapes were destemmed, pressed and macerated under temperature control. Fermentation took place for 8 to 10 days in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. They are then refined in American and French oak barrel for 4 to 5 months.
