A very intense bouquet of dark cherries and ripe blackberries, with hints of mint and vanilla from oak ageing. These aromas continue on the palate along with subtle hints of cocoa and coffee. The tannins and fruit mix well on a long-lasting finish. It pairs well with red meat, game, savory first courses. Consider it a meditation wine.
